Welcome to Kadak Kakdi OTT, operated by Kadak Kakdi Entertainment Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”).
This policy explains how users can cancel subscriptions and request refunds for services purchased through www.kadakkakdi.com or our mobile applications.


1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1. You may cancel your Kadak Kakdi OTT subscription at any time through your account settings under Profile → Manage Subscription.
1.2. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
1.3. Partial or mid-cycle cancellations do not qualify for a refund.


2. Refund Policy

2.1. All subscription payments are non-refundable, except in special cases where:

  • The service was unavailable or interrupted for more than 48 hours due to a technical fault from our side.

  • A duplicate payment was made accidentally for the same account.

2.2. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used.

2.3. Refunds will not be granted for:

  • User dissatisfaction with content or video quality (as these may vary by bandwidth).

  • Accidental purchases or forgetting to cancel before renewal.

  • Use of promotional or discounted subscriptions.


3. Free Trial Policy

3.1. If a free trial period is offered, users can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing.
3.2. Once a trial converts into a paid subscription, the standard Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.


4. Payment Disputes

4.1. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at
billing@kadakkakdi.com within 7 days of the transaction.
4.2. We will review your request and respond within 3 working days.


5. Third-Party Payments

If you purchased a Kadak Kakdi subscription through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other partners),
refunds or cancellations must be managed directly through that provider, as their terms will apply.


6. Service Disruption

Kadak Kakdi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service temporarily or permanently.
In such cases, affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, subject to management approval.
